Wally is a widely recognized and respected leader within the global hospitality industry. Drew Palmer, President and Co-Founder
Throughout ESP’s entire lifecycle, Drew has played an integral role in each phase of the company’s development. What started out as an idea, has evolved into an innovative comprehensive technology solution that impacts over one million consumers daily and is partnered with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Drew’s skill set of being able to commercialize new technologies began with his experience as a business development manager at Microsoft Corporation’s web division where he was responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners, customers, and advertisers. While at Microsoft, Drew was also chosen to be part of a select team to incubate a start-up business within the cable TV space. Prior to his position at Microsoft, Drew worked at Bank of America Capital Investors, a $2 billion private equity fund. In this role, Drew worked closely with over ten management teams in multiple industries helping them assess financial and strategic growth plans, which exposed him to various best practices in how to build value within growing organizations. Drew graduated cum laude from Duke University where he majored in history and received a certificate in markets & management.

Dave Douglas, Board Member
Dave Douglas, an ESP Board Member, has spent the last 27 years developing, marketing, and implementing technology for the Restaurant and Hospitality industries. Mr. Douglas founded ReMACS, one of the first and most successful restaurant back office solution companies. In 1997, Mr. Douglas sold ReMACS to Radiant Systems and became Radiant’s first President for their new hospitality division. In 2000, Mr. Douglas was recruited by the founders of priceline.com to launch/run a new suggestive selling restaurant technology business called RetailDNA. Mr. Douglas now serves on multiple restaurant technology company boards and typically plays an active role in helping define and implement the business development strategy.
